Amazing service! I first spoke to Will on the phone to schedule an appointment to replace my dead water heater. Will was very pleasant to speak to over the phone. Had a leak in my crawlspace and was expecting bad news. Fortunately, it wound up being a simple fix. Jacob was able to replace my wax ring and reseat the toilet (even put in new bolts and a new supply line!). He did what he said he was going to do for the price he quoted (no hidden fees!) and did it well, which is a rarity. Every step of the way, he provided me with pictures of the before and after, explained what he was doing, and cleaned up after himself. He was also pleasant, polite, and personable (and willing to talk about dogs lol). Fixed Leak Before Sunset
We are six days out from Christmas 2024, and we discovered that we have a water leak under our house coming from our kitchen sink, where the pipe had cracked. Paws Plumbing came out the SAME DAY we called them, and Jacob was able to fix the leak before sunset. We really appreciate that he also did a free home inspection of the plumbing in the rest of our home and had found a couple of things that we could address proactively to reduce the chance of a leak in the future.
